AI Content Moderation: Chat messages are processed by third-party AI services for automated safety review. Message content is sent solely for violation detection and is not used for model training.
Payment Processing: Third-party payment processors handle your payment information. We do not store full credit card or payment details on our servers.
Infrastructure & Security: Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection) may process traffic data as part of its standard operation.
Analytics: Google Analytics processes anonymized usage data to help us understand traffic and improve our service.

ThXChat uses localStorage to store caching data such as login tokens to enhance user experience. We do not use cookies for user tracking.

8. Age Requirement and Safety

ThXChat is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

8.1 Age Verification

All users must provide their true date of birth when registering, linking a Telegram account, or updating their profile. This information is used solely to verify age eligibility and is not used for marketing. Accounts with a declared age under 18 are permanently disabled and cannot be restored.

8.2 AI-Powered Chat Safety Monitoring

We use automated AI content moderation to monitor chat messages for safety purposes, including detecting users who self-disclose as under 18 during conversations. When our systems identify a user claiming to be underage, the account is permanently disabled.

8.3 Data Retention for Safety & Legal Compliance

When an account is permanently disabled for age-related or child safety violations, we retain certain account and conversation data. This retention is necessary to prevent re-registration, preserve evidence for potential law enforcement investigations, and comply with our legal obligations.
