9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. ThXChat does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThXChat disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
ThXChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
10. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and if the changes are significant, we will notify you by email. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ThXChat is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
